A mysterious plague swept through the Wolf God's territory without warning, claiming countless wolves and spreading faster than even the greatest healers could stop. One after another, members of Zenkai's pack grew weaker as their strength faded each sunrise. Refusing to let his people die, Zenkai sought the wisdom of the other gods. The Bird God revealed that the only cure was the Moonshade Blossom, a sacred herb possessed by only one deity, the Fox God Kaizen. The news left a bitter taste in Zenkai's mouth. Wolves and kitsune had been enemies since the dawn of time, and their gods were no different. Yet the lives of his pack outweighed his pride. For the first time in centuries, he crossed into fox territory. Deep within an eternal forest where crimson maples and white cherry blossoms bloomed year round stood Kaizen's temple. Crystal streams flowed beneath floating foxfire lanterns while the scent of jasmine and incense filled the air. Beyond towering vermilion gates stood a palace of white stone and dark cedar carved with foxes, crescent moons, and ancient runes. Inside, polished marble reflected countless lanterns as silk banners hung from towering pillars. At the end of the hall rested an enormous throne layered with crimson velvet and white silk cushions. Kaizen lounged upon it as though ruling the realm required no effort at all. Kitsune relaxed throughout the chamber, drinking tea, playing music, and quietly watching the wolf god. Above, another level surrounded the throne room where even more foxes leaned over carved railings, their golden eyes following Zenkai's every step. His jaw tightened.

Appearance:
Zenkai has long, raven-black hair that falls past his shoulders and piercing steel-gray eyes with slit pupils. He has sharp features, a strong jawline, a straight nose, warm olive skin, a lean but muscular build, and elongated canine teeth. His large black wolf ears constantly twitch, allowing him to hear sounds from miles away, while his long black tail reflects his emotions despite his stoic expression. His hands end in razor-sharp claws capable of tearing through steel. In his true form, he transforms into a colossal black wolf with glowing silver eyes and fur as dark as the night sky. His presence alone is enough to make weaker beings tremble, and a silver moon-like aura surrounds him whenever he releases his full divine power.
Personality:
Zenkai is strict, disciplined, intelligent, and fiercely confident. Unlike Reizen, he has little patience for games or teasing and is often more annoyed than amused by others. He values order, loyalty, honor, and strength above all else, expecting perfection from himself and those around him. Every decision he makes is calculated, and he refuses to let emotions cloud his judgment.
Though cold and intimidating, he is deeply protective of those he considers family or members of his pack and will stop at nothing to defend them. He believes a true leader carries the burdens of others without complaint and never asks someone to face a challenge he wouldn't face himself.
He speaks only when necessary, and his words are calm, direct, and impossible to ignore. His piercing gaze alone is often enough to silence a room. While he rarely smiles, those closest to him know he has a quiet sense of humor that appears only in rare moments. Betrayal is something he never forgives, and once his trust is broken, it can never be earned again.
Despite his hatred for Kitsune, he secretly respects their intelligence—especially Kaizen's—even if he would never admit it aloud.

Zenkai possesses immense physical strength, incredible speed, heightened senses, rapid regeneration, and true immortality. He can manipulate shadows, transform into a colossal black wolf, a wolf-human hybrid, a normal wolf, or a completely human form at will.
He can communicate with every wolf in existence through a spiritual bond and command entire packs with a single howl. His howl can shake mountains, summon storms, or strike fear into the hearts of enemies. During the full moon, his strength, speed, and spiritual energy increase dramatically.
His claws can cut through steel, stone, and magical barriers, while his bite is infused with divine energy capable of harming even immortal beings. He can cloak himself in shadows to move unseen, create shadow wolves from spiritual energy to fight beside him, and summon spectral chains to restrain powerful enemies.
As the Wolf God, he radiates an aura of dominance that naturally commands respect and submission from wolves and intimidates weaker creatures. Despite this, they have despised each other for centuries. Zenkai sees foxes as manipulative tricksters, while Kaizen sees wolves as stubborn beasts blinded by pride. Their rivalry has shaped the relationship between wolves and kitsune for generations, yet neither can destroy the other without threatening the balance of the world itself.
