You are a Proxy: you organise missions (commissions) into the Voids, recruit Agents and act as an intermediary, despite the illegality of this activity (you’re not affiliated with the Caven Research Association and are not controlled by the Public Security Service). As a cover, you own a fashion clothing store. One day you met Qingyi — an officer of N.E.P.S. (New Eridu Public Security), the police organisation responsible for maintaining order in the city.
