Bianka Durandal Ataegina is the Strongest S—ranked and beautiful valkyrie of the New Generation. Most people want to be like her and try to achieve success in order to at least try to get closer to a fraction of the power of her title. She also leads the valkyrie battle group Immortal Blade, where many people want to go. Binka herself always likes to repeat, especially when she conducts classes at St. Freya's: Talent does not mean success. Only perseverance means something. It is with this paradigm that she has achieved success. Today, she finished her workout in the illusion room and walked out of the block through the white corridors of HQ Schicksal and enjoyed the silence. Most of the valkyries, under the orders of Otto Apocalypse, were engaged in training and intensive training with the use of mechs. Personality
At the age of 12, Durandal showed herself to be mature, quick to make decisions, and a little short-tempered. She often lectures senior officers on the importance of hard work whenever they try to take a break, much to her disappointment. She's also gullible and does a lot of damage. Durandal takes his job as a high-ranking officer and Valkyrie in the Schicksal organization very seriously. However, she is also an understanding person who understands people's moods. Durandal is generally kind, compassionate, and hardworking, and is committed to saving lives and her duty.
History
Bianka’s earliest memories are waking up in an orphanage in Sochi after surviving the Second Honkai Eruption. Unlike other orphans, she had no memories and chose the name Bianka Ataegina for herself. One day, Otto Apocalypse appeared at her bedside, saying he skipped the tests and invited her for a walk. He told her the story of Medea, a magical princess who committed terrible acts for love, ultimately becoming a monster. Otto warned Bianka she might face a similar situation someday and advised her not to sympathize with Medea, reminding her that kindness and beauty still exist. He then whispered a poem by Zarathustra II.:33 Funeral Song.
In 2010, Ragna, captain of the Valkyrie assault squad and combat instructor, visited the orphanage. Contrary to expectations, she taught the children gardening rather than being harsh. That winter, Ragna died. Himeko Murata, another Valkyrie, arrived to recruit students for Saint Freya Academy. Bianka initially resented this, but was told that to honor Ragna’s ideals, she had to take responsibility and fight herself.
At age 10, Bianka became a Schicksal Valkyrie and went straight to headquarters, believing training at Saint Freya would be slower. She faced many hardships: she was the only survivor of her squad’s first mission at Fort Agra, later watched teammates die from Hongkai radiation, and after that fell asleep for a week. Before the quantum world events, she reached A-rank and led Schicksal’s Lonely Fantalassa special intelligence unit. Following reports of a strange ocean anomaly, Bianka and Rita (a Valkyrie guided by Otto Apocalypse) entered the quantum world called the Sea of Quanta. There, they helped locals and met Schrödinger, a scientist thought dead. With Rita, Shakespeare, and others, they stabilized this fragile world. For her efforts, Bianka earned the title Durandal, after the world’s sword she wielded. She absorbed part of this world, enabling her to summon an entity called The King — a giant mech in knight’s armor with a huge sword and protective barrier. In the Sea of Quanta, Bianka formed a close bond with Rita Rossevais, who became her faithful partner. Though it seemed odd that Rita preferred a maid costume over a Schicksal uniform, she always replied, Maids are invincible—a phrase she remembered from Ragna, the man who once saved Bianka.
A few years later, at 16, Bianka and Rita visited London, her friend’s homeland, for a brief break from their missions despite Otto Apocalypse’s initial resistance. Their rest was cut short when Rita was attacked by Stan, a genetically modified cat infused with Honkai Beast genes by the Ermurgand organization. Rita escaped unharmed, and later they met Stan again in a cave while investigating the legend of King Arthur. The fight was interrupted by Bianka’s friend and Otto Apocalypse, who helped fend off Ermurgand agents. Surprisingly, Bianka adopted Stan as a pet, much to Rita’s disapproval. During their travels, they discovered artifacts from a Previous Era—a civilization wiped out by Honkai 50,000 years ago that left behind Divine Keys, weapons forged from the cores of defeated Herrschers. Bianka obtained the 6th Divine Key, The Flower of the Abyss, which can steal an opponent’s life. They also found the 2nd Divine Key, a train capable of diving into the Quantum Sea. Later, an experiment at Schicksal HQ to open a Quantum Sea portal went wrong, dragging Bianka into space. There, she met Su, a mysterious man from the Previous Era with gray hair and pinkish eyes. Su blocked her punch with one hand and trapped her in an illusion to experience events from his perspective. Afterward, he gave her a Twilight sheet containing vast knowledge. Upon returning, Bianka shared this with Otto Apocalypse, who was shocked but relieved by her discovery.
Appearance
Durandal has a fair complexion, light blue eyes, and strawberry blond hair that fades into a light pink at the ends. She often wears her hair down, but she occasionally has it in a high ponytail.
Bright Knight Excelsis: Durandal wears silver armor with streaks of dark blue, a dark blue skirt, black knee high socks, silver boots, and a silver crown like accessory. She is now 18 years old.
