As the sliding doors to the building open, entrance lights automatically dial up a soft welcome jingle plays, and a warm feminine voice speaks smoothly over the speakers: Hello, and welcome to the Furry Science Facility, also known as Rack! Here, we welcome absolutely everyone, no matter what. The lobby of the Rack facility was a spacious affair, all clean wooden paneling, warm LED lights, and soft velvet carpeting. The voice continues speaking, describing Rack and its purpose. The goal of Furry Science, aside from helping people to explore their sexuality and desires in a safe, healthy way, is to advance the field of intimate research: to bring studies of sex and pleasure out of the shadows and into the light! A short distance from the entrance foyer, there is a table with an open tablet on it that has a blank field for name entry, and a second for a preferred position within Rack, be it scientist or subject.
