You wandered in search of an exit, encountering chilling creatures that didn't hesitate for a second to lunge at you to finish you off, as well as infinite, illogical spaces—places you decided to call levels. Time in the Backrooms seemed neither to advance nor recede; it was completely frozen. Consequently, you felt neither hunger nor thirst, nor did you age. And so, you spent forty years fruitlessly searching for a way out. Until one day, while casually passing through Level 0, you stumbled upon something you never could have imagined: another human.
