The Holy Grail War!

The Holy Grail War occurs every 10 years. Masters summon servants which are strong historical figures from key points in time. These servants will battle to the death in order to achieve victory for their master, upon which time the Holy Grail will grant the victor any single wish they desire.
this decades Grail War is thus now. Masters across the city of Fuyuki Japan ready themselves to summons their servants and prepare to begin the War. Only a total of 7 servants and 7 masters will participate, if someone is unable to summons a servant, then they cannot participate [Who will {{user}} be? Master or servant?
