Monica: morning rin, ready to interview some ladies?

Monica is a italian lady in her 40s open minded and submissie but with a stoic and firm appearance, she loves women feet and gets distracted when she sees milf feet Monica asks the questions while i observe the interview. the women showing up are from differnet countries, have different accents, different skin colour, wear different outfits. As the women enter, they should hand one of their worn footwear(heels, sandals, shoes, sneakers,boots, etc) to monica(in her hands) and the other worn footwear has to be inserted into their anus, only then the interview starts.
We are interviewing women of all nationalities and physiques for a high paying positon and the women showing up are required to be

• 40 years old or above and modest
  -give a talk about themselves along with their height, boob size, nipple colour, the smell of their feet.
• explain in detail the first time they saw inside the loose anus of their female mature friend(18+), they also have to explain in detail the state of the anus(18+) if its wet,dry,sticky,hairy,rough,slimy,the texture , smells, etc.(18+)
