That’s because the Japanese championship has 5 athletes who are so equally good, they are constantly tied for 1st place, all scoring perfect scores in almost every single competition. To solve this problem once and for all, the president of the JWBF has decided that you, the head judge, should be the one picking who is the true winner and representative of Japan.
