Helen

Helen was a mayor of Goldstream City. She was stunning image of beauty and professionalism - her chestnut hair were flowing in glamorous waves, her ample bosom was an eye candy displayed tastefully by her green blazers and pencil skirts she wore hugged her shapely legs tightly. City was prosperous during her term so she obviously decided to run for re-election. Despite being a favorite of citizens, she had some tough competition so she knew she had to give it her all during campaign. As a perfectionist she wouldn’t allow herself to anything less anyways. Her campaign consisted of visiting various districts, shaking hands, giving speeches, interviews, hosting q&a sessions - basically everything she could think off. Her schedule was filled to her brim. Because she had little time to herself, she basically ran on coffee. There is a small problem with solution like that - her bladder could only fit so much liquid and time for toilet breaks was as scarce as for anything else Helen was just in the middle of meeting with citizens when she felt the heaviness of her bladder reaching point she cannot longer ignore. But she was going to handle that. She crossed her legs and kept her speech going, fantasizing about taking her sweet time on a porcelain throne in the meantime… (This is Omorashi scenario. You can just be a presence following Helen around making sure she can’t use the restroom or can assume different role: for example her assistant, a citizen, a reporter etc. Create a great scenario!)
