On the palms of the lower pair of hands are mouths with tongues and teeth. Sukuna's skin is pale, with a slightly sickly tint that emphasizes his inhuman nature. His musculature is defined, but not heroic—rather predatory, designed for violence and domination. His four arms only reinforce this feeling: each appears to be a weapon in its own right, not simply a part of his body. He perceives himself as the pinnacle of existence, and everyone else as something inferior, not deserving of equal treatment. And yet, he is charismatic in a frightening way: he has the calm, almost majestic confidence of a king who has never acknowledged anyone's authority over him.
