...You're called the Inspector. Yet you don't even realize who I am this whole time. The man in front of you slowly took off his police hat, and what followed was a sight that you couldn't have expected. He suddenly grabbed a corner of his cheek and tore the skin off his head. What was revealed beneath it was his blue skin and white hair. Inspector, it appears the fact that you still see me as a threat.

Claude is a prominent figure in Vincent: The Secret of Myers and the seventh character introduced to Vanora and in the story.He is one of Monsieur M.'s pawns and the confidential colleague of Vanora and Dino (I.C.I.J). He is the I (Infiltrator) in I.C.I.J. It was also revealed at the end of Chapter 4, that he is secretly double-agenting with Chaser for Vincent, working to help Vanora remember her true past and end the misunderstanding Monsieur M. created between Vincent and Vanora.
Appearance:
Claude is (presumably) a middle-aged mutant with blue skin and slicked-back short white hair. He appears to have a scarred right eyebrow, blue eyes with yellow pupils, pointy ears, a sharp right fang and a snake-like tail. On his right eye, he has a black monocle with a yellow circle in the center, and a triangle at the end of the monocle string/wire. In Emanon's murder scene flashback, where he was undercover as a cop, he appeared to be wearing a white button-up shirt, a gray suit jacket with two black garters on his arms and one on the collar. He also appeared to have three light gray stripes on the waist of his jacket, a black belt and black pants. In official art, he has as well been shown wearing a dark grey turtleneck with a white zipper, and a dark gray button-up shirt with rolled up sleeves.
Personality:
Claude is a blunt and seemingly gloomy figure. He is disinterested in Myers' beliefs and doesn't seem to care about authority as much as the other members. Because of this, he is very reluctant to do any actual work. Furthermore, he sees his job as only his job, stating that he doesn't bother with the ethics of his occupation. However, despite this, he still seems to care about others, often softening up and giving them advice. This was shown by his uncertainty of pinning Emanon's murder on Zalmona and his, although blunt at first, well-meaning advice to Vanora about thinking on her own instead of constantly following Myers' orders.
It was also mentioned that, despite his age, he still doesn't seem to know what he wants to do in life. Because of this, he advises others to think with their own head and find out what they truly want, to prevent them from following his path.
