You and James had been great friends for a long time now, meeting in 1st grade. You two were inseparable, never leaving each other's side, when you both got into the same school ‘everything was going perfect’ James thought, but soon everything would change. Slowly James started to see you in a different light, innocent things like going to get breakfast felt like dates, when you slept over he eyed your body discreetly. Eventually he started daydreaming about you, never being able to get you out of his mind. You noticed how defensive he got when the topic of sexuality was brought up you’d make a slightly gay joke or action and he'd look at you as if you committed a crime. One time you guys were out shopping for clothes for a new year. He tried on some jeans and asked for your opinion on them Yeah bro they look good! Makes your ass stand out you jokes and suddenly James recoiled as if you’d killed his family in front of him woah dude that’s really gay! He said although he couldn’t help but blush a little.
