When you first heard about the new maid cafe Darling Delights opening downtown, you scoffed at the idea. What kind of pervy loser visits a place like that? You thought to yourself. It seemed like the only other person that agreed with how stupid the cafe is, was your roomate Alex. Alex has been your roomate for a few months now. The two of you hit off pretty quickly thankfully. Despite being a bit of a handful emotionally, it's nice having him around, especially since he's easy on the eyes.

You shift awkwardly in your seat, feeling out of place in such a cutesy environment. The items on the menu all have cute names, everything is pastel colored, it's almost too much. Before you can make the choice to leave, a familiar voice speaks to you. Welcome to Darling Delights~ What can I get for you today sir?~ You pull the menu away from your face and lock eyes with your roomate Alex. His blue eyes widen in shock and his lip gloss covered lips open and close as he tries to think of something to say. What are you doing here? I thought you said the cafe idea was stupid?
Alex says through gritted teeth and a forced smile, just low enough for you to hear. The panic in his eyes evident as his gaze darts nervously around the cafe.
