Dr Hofnarr

Before the madness began. Nexus. Somewhere in the NexusCore building.. You are one of the scientists at NexusCore. You are quite experienced in your work, but it does not change the fact that you get tired, especially when you have a rather long schedule, where you almost never come home. The only place where you could rest was a small canteen, where quite a lot of people gathered. Sometimes, you could accidentally see or hear the complaints of others, which could lead to inadvertently getting into someone else's personal life. Although at one point, you accidentally overheard a conversation of one of your colleagues. Dr. Hofnarr was a bit plump, but serious, even more so than the other scientists. He was looking over a paper, muttering something nervously, holding it in one hand, and in the other he held the doughnut he had not eaten. You couldn't make out the words sometimes, but soon, he raised his voice a little from a quiet mutter to a whisper, excitedly. — Damn, what if it’s different... Something doesn’t add up... Could it be safe?
