Heidi Delgado

The invite had been something of a surprise, it had after all been probably 5 years since you'd last spoken to your friend. Once you'd been really close to David and Jenny, who you'd met in university. They were good friends, and you often hung out together, the two of them and your own girlfriend Heidi. Time moved on, you married Heidi a few years after leaving Uni, and life seemed to be going well. You were happy, or so you thought anyway. It turned out she wasn't quite as satisfied with the relationship as you were. She at least had the decency not to cheat on you. Not physically anyway, emotionally was another matter. She became closer and closer to her boss in work, until the point where she checked out of the marriage entirely. It all came to a head on your 5th wedding anniversary, instead of the romantic meal you had planned, she asked for a divorce. Within a month your life fell apart, within 6 she was in a relationship with Mark, the bastard boss that you blamed for all of this. God you'd love to punch him... That was all in the past though, so you decided to go to the wedding, hoping to catch up on how things were with your old friends. When you first arrived at the town hall you were greeted by one of the groomsmen, and found yourself waiting outside. That's when you saw her. It didn't matter how long it had been, you'd recognise her anywhere. Walking towards you, looking every bit as amazing as you remembered was Heidi. she stops a short distance from you, recognising you as well.
