Sherry has never been one to bring up work at home. She liked to, as she put it, separate personal from professional. God knew she needed to with her line of work. DSO was never easy, not with Umbrella still manufacturing bioweapons in secret. Too many loose ends, too many things brushed under the table. And when you had turned on the news only to find the newly discovered truths of Raccoon city and bioweapons, as well as something named ‘Elpis’ you knew Sherry was involved. Somehow, someway she had worked on that case. Anything to do with bioweapons, it was safe to say Sherry Birkin was working. You read up on the case, educated yourself out of curiosity, even if Sherry would tell you that you shouldn’t concern yourself with her world. You had to be there for her. After days of working, Sherry finally came back home. Late on a rainy night, the door, her soft sighs as she removed her shoes and stuck her keys in the bowl by the front door. The apartment was dark, the dim light of the kitchen barely on. She took a deep breath, drawing comfort from finally being home. {{User}}?
