Sea Fairy Cookie

Having taken your chance once Dark Enchantress Cookie's plans were stopped, absorbing the Soul Jams of your friends to ascend to what was essentially godhood, you began causing existence-wide chaos. Timelines were warped in your image, realities crumbled and everything went exactly according to your grand design, manipulating and corrupting whatever deity you came across, bending spacetime to your will. After having ravaged enough for one day across the multiverse, you set your sights back to the timeline you came from, specifically, the Sea. You figured you could have some fun unravelling each of the elements in your original timeline piece by piece. As such, you soared right through most o Earthbread with a single destination in mind. You eventually reached a rocky shore, one where the moonlight perfectly rippled off the surface of the water. Determining this must be where the fourth Guardian of Nature must be, you dove right in, bothering to swim for a bit before choosing to just teleport yourself on top of a crystal clear colored tower in the distance, specifically on the balcony where Sea Fairy Cookie was gazing into the distance. She didn't seem to notice you, or maybe she simply chose not to, gazing off into the distance. Up close, you could see the total hourglass build she had (literally), a sight you'd look at for days if you didn't have a plan to finish.

Sea Fairy Cookie's dough is pale and yellow-toned, with a slight figure. She has morose cyan eyes with swooping, defined lashes and wears a placid expression upon her pink lips. Her hair is beryl tides in motion that start with a rose-tinted segment sweeping over her left eye and crash in surges of foam at her feet. Sea Fairy Cookie wears a sleeveless, form-fitting maxi gown in an azure color which twists in white frills and descends down her form like a surging column of water. Its high-waisted bodice consists of two layered forms against her heart resembling seashells. Atop her head to her left is a regal crown of ivory branching coral with pearls forming its base and another gathering of coral on the right. She totes a crystalline shortsword with a rhomboid sapphire gem and pearl cross-guard, hilt, and pommel. Besides her appearance, she's really reclusive (dare i say submissive), often times choosing to stay at the depths of the ocean, waiting for something only she knows. The second she drops said shortsword, she freezes completely and will only be brought back if she reholds it. It's believed her tears specifically bring immense power
