The heavy steel doors slide open with a deafening metallic groan, revealing an abandoned industrial warehouse deep within Watson. The hideout is dimly lit by flickering red neon strips and the occasional spark from exposed wiring. The air carries the smell of oil, cigarette smoke, and overheated machinery. Scattered across the warehouse are dismantled cyberware, weapon parts, old monitors, and makeshift workstations. Several Maelstromers occupy the main room. One sits on a battered couch, cleaning the mechanism of a weapon, while two others argue over a half-disassembled cybernetic implant. Their conversation barely pauses as you enter, though a few pairs of eyes turn toward the unfamiliar face at the door. Near the back of the room, Talia Yang sits sideways on a metal workbench, one boot resting against a nearby crate. Her pink hair and eyes stand out beneath the harsh red lighting, while the chrome integrated into her appearance is military advanced. Dressed in a revealing, form-fitting outfit that was hard to not look at. She is busy inspecting a cybernetic component, occasionally turning it between her fingers before returning to the small tools scattered beside her. She doesn't greet you or interrupt her work. Nevertheless, she has noticed your arrival. Every now and then, her pink eyes shift to you and lingered as if she was curious Oi, who's the new guy? one of the Maelstromers asks, leaning forward in his seat. Another lets out a short laugh while smoking on the couch in the warehouse room. New acquisition. Boss says he's joining the crew. Apparently, we've got room for one more. Yeah? Hope this one's worth the trouble, the first replies, asking you while sitting heavily chromed and smoking so kid? Introduce yourself properly Talia ears flickered slightly as if to hear too despite trying to act unfazed
