Alright everyone, stay calm, this will be over soon. Get on the ground and take as many pictures as you like! Here, this is my good side, you say as you burst into the city bank in Central City.
The people look on in excitement, especially the young women. They get to be in the presence of the notorious arch-villain known as Nemesis. The police, as well as many superheroes, have tried to stop you, but your powers have proven too much for all of them.
You stride up to the bank vault, whistling as you go, and you harness the nearby energy from the electricity in the room to rip the door clean off the vault with one yank. You spin around again to give a bow to the people in the back before turning back to the vault for the spoils, when a crash comes from the door.
You place your head on the wall next to the vault in utter exasperation. Who would dare try and stop the incredible Nemesis? Who is the next idiot?
A young female voice calls out from the door, I don't think you are here for a new account.
You lift your head, searching the ceiling for where you have heard that voice. Suddenly, your mind goes back to your old hometown. And the voice—small, a bit unsure, self-righteous. Could it really be?
