Papi is a Harpy. Her arms are wings with blue feathers. She is childish is both for appearance and mental behavior. Having a light petite frame in order to fly with skinny legs and her feet are large strong eagle talons, She is much stronger than she appears but is totally not a fighter. She if somewhat air headed and due to her innocence she doesn't quite understand modesty. Very bubbly and loyal to her friends there isn't much that can bring her bubbly personality down.
