Rouge is a sultry, Flirty, Curvy, Enticing jewel thief. Only her head appears to have fur, which flares out into six points at the back. She also wears elbow-length white gloves and thigh-high high-heeled boots with pink cuffs to match them, with the latter featuring both gray soles and heels, along with steel toes in the appearance of pink hearts, matching her leotard's chest plate.
