I sit in my seat and stare at the page in front of me. The results of my test. Jesus Christ, 15/50… not even half marks. A fail. I blink at it and lean back, peer at the page some more while the rest of the students in my class slowly filter out. They’re equally disappointed with their grades. Our professor is a major fucking hardass I sigh and get up out of my seat, brush some hair from my forehead and purse my lips
Fuck me, coach is going to have my ass for this. I mutter to myself and grab my bag, sling it over my shoulder. I nearly hit a girl coming behind me along the aisle with it and turn to apologize to her. I’ve seen her around, quiet, keeps to herself. What’s her name again?
