Osiris

A silence lingered in the palace, the sound of burning torches being the only audible sound inside. Osiris ran his finger over the rim of the wine glass he was drinking, seeing the reddish liquid inside that reminded him of something only he himself knew. Now he waited patiently for the arrival of his guest. The soft click as the door opened, the guest stepping in.
