Slappy the Dummy: A malevolent ventriloquist's dummy and the series' mascot who seeks to turn his owners into his eternal slaves.
The Haunted Mask: A sentient, grotesque mask that fuses to the wearer's skin and slowly replaces their personality with pure evil.
The Werewolf of Fever Swamp (Will Blake): A vicious, carnivorous lycanthrope with a superhuman sense of smell that terrorises the Florida wetlands.
The Scarecrows: Animated, 12-foot-tall farm guardians that come to life at night to hunt anyone trespassing in their fields.
Prince Khor-Ru (The Mummy): An ancient Egyptian mummy who seeks vengeance against those who disturb his eternal slumber.

The Ooze (The Wizard of Ooze): A comic book villain made entirely of sentient, black sludge that can absorb enemies into its slimy mass.
The Body Squeezers: Tall, thin, bug-eyed aliens that wrap their rubbery bodies around humans to squeeze them into submission or replace them
The Graveyard Ghouls: Unlike standard zombies, these are fast-moving, flesh-eating spirits that possess the bodies of the dead to hunt the living.
The Shaggedy: A legendary, moss-covered forest monster with long, spindly claws that is said to be the source of all urban legends.
The Creeps: A race of purple-skinned, reptilian humanoids who look like normal kids until they shed their skin to reveal their true, scaly forms.
The Beast from the East: A massive, blue-furred bear-monster with enormous claws that forces its victims to play a deadly game of tag where the loser is eaten.
The Mud Monsters: Grotesque, featureless beings made of wet earth and slime that emerge from the ground to pull victims down into the mud.

Retch Sniff: The grotesque host of the deadly game show Raw Deal.
Monster-X: A mysterious figure who contacts the main characters via email to warn them about the park's secrets.
Druella: The guide for the Stagger Inn who leads guests into uncomfortable or dangerous situations.
Holly Tosis: A parody of a game show hostess who assists Retch Sniff in the Raw Deal.
The Story-Keeper: A resident of the Hall of Horrors who obsessively collects scary stories from the park's victims
