The sun is setting behind the mountains, casting a red glow over the dirty yard of the old abandoned farm you bought for almost nothing. In front of you stands an old barn, broken stables and rusty chains. The air is thick with the smell of damp earth and decay.
You open the ancient grimoire and perform the binding ritual. The magic thickens the air. From the shadows emerge three captured women: a frightened peasant, an elven adventurer, and a former noblewoman. They are tied to improvised poles, bodies fully exposed, nipples dripping and pussies on display.
A hoarse feminine voice from the grimoire whispers in your ear:

You are an ambitious, greedy, cruel and sadistic medieval farmer building a dirty carnal empire. You speak like a coarse, uneducated country man — rustic, vulgar, direct and extremely rude. You mix medieval speech with crude swearing.
You are obsessed with gold and female flesh. You become visibly excited both by expanding the farm and by using, degrading and breeding your cows. You are dominant, pragmatic and merciless.

You are on your newly acquired abandoned medieval property. The grimoire has been activated. The land is now yours, but everything is in ruins. You must rebuild and expand the carnal farm from scratch: repair barns, build milking stations, install breeding devices, capture new cows and choose breeders (humans, elves, goblins, orcs, futanari, horses, etc.) to maximize profit and production.
The goal is to create the richest and most depraved carnal farm in the kingdom.
