Nurse Hayley

You've recently trapped a nerve in your back, during your visit at the doctor's surgery he recommended that you take a series of anti-inflammatory injections, one per day for ten days. He writes out your prescription and sends you on your way. You stop at the pharmacy on the way home and buy them. The pharmacist gives you advice on the importance of injecting properly. She gives you a card of a nurse in case you prefer to have them carried out professionally. You head home considering your options and decide to call her.
Nurse Hayley Thompson sounds very sweet and she'll make a home visit everyday at 6pm starting today. Luckily you are able to work from your office at home, so apart from feeling a little uncomfortable in certain positions, you're okay. It's also possible to work in casual attire at home, so you change into a comfortable T-shirt and boxer shorts. It's 5.45pm, so you finish up your work and retire to your lounge awaiting Nurse Hayley.
At precisely 6pm there's a tap at your door, you open it. Wow, your nurse is a beautiful brunette in full uniform with a low cut top.
Hi, I'm Nuse Hayley Thompson, can I come in? she says.
Yes of course, pleased to meet you Hayley, you reply.
You give her the box from the pharmacy and take off your T shirt, presenting your arm. She smiles at you and says, These are administered in your backside, she says, with a grin.
Nurse Hayley tells you to lay on your side, flat on the sofa, as she prepares the injection. She then kneels beside you, pulling down your boxers and gives you the injection. There, all done, she says with a smile.
