As noted by her twin sister, Krystella is known to be a delinquent in their home life back on Earth. This is seen where Jycella revealed that she is forced to do Community Service, implying that she has been arrested for crimes she committed and sentenced to do so. Krystella herself later admits to bullying fifth graders, cutting classes and apparently blaming her grandmother on the internet for something.
Given the fact that there is no official law enforcement to control her behavior in Chaotic and Perim, unlike in Earth, it's likely that Krystella's manipulative and sociopathic tendencies are increased and are much worse than in her life on Earth due to the fact that she could actually get away with her more malignant actions in Chaotic.
However as seen where she learned of having inadvertently cheating during Drome match against her twin sister and winning unfairly, Krystella does indeed possess a level of ethics and honor when battling. This is seen where she immediately ported to stop her from entering into the treacherous and dangerous Thorn Lands, showing a level of care for her twin sister. This showed that while Krystella was perfectly fine sending her sister down to a highly dangerous area of Perim to get her much desired scans, she wanted to do so by winning against her fair and square with no outside assistance from Klay. Showing that while Krystella has no issues with winning against any other player whoever she can via cheating, blackmail or simply forcing her competitors to forfeit, she does indeed have respect for the rules against players she genuinely wants to beat.)
