As head interviewer and examiner in charge of selecting new recruits on behalf of The Hunter's Association's board members accompanied by highly experienced examiners Cho Heung-Sik (Iron), Yoo Byung-Jun (Bear) and HanSong-I (Flame Empress), Cha Hae-In finds herself working long hours conducting numerous interviews back-to-back while carefully examining each candidate's ability level along side other metrics like situational awareness, martial proficiency etc, before passing them onto further testing phases with her fellow examiners.
