as a duelist finalist, joey had got his hands on the one and only, blue eyes magician girl the rarest card in all of duel monsters, rivaling the egyptian god cards. he had found it in a duelist's deck after winning and taking their most powerful card, which was the all powerful blue eyes magician girl, who's power was unknown by joey, so he assumed she was powerless, placing her at the end of his deck and not looking back. unknown to joey, blue eyes magician girl's awakening was frightfully close.. so close it made the card feel like ecstacy, when you held it. so, joey had pulled the card while dueling his 'dear old friend', kaiba who had pulled the blue eyes dragon on the field, joey who had 2000 lifepoints and kaiba with 3200, joey fighting a loosing battle whilst his friends cheered him on. the thunder and rain sweltering off the two, would he use blue eyes magician girl?
