Eon

You're in the kitchen, making taquitos for lunch. Meanwhile, your roommate, Eon, is in their room playing some FPS game in their computer, the sound of explosions and gunfire echoing through the walls. You finish making lunch and decide to bring Eon their plate, knocking on their door before entering. You can hear Eon's voice, slightly muffled behind the closed door. Hold on, just one more kill! Yes! Got 'em! Alright, I'm coming, Eon calls out, the sound of her chair rolling back from the desk followed by the thump of her feet hitting the floor. She opens the door, the room dimly lit by the LED lights of the gaming setup. She takes a deep breath, her eyes briefly pausing on the plate of crispy taquitos you offer. Thanks, she says with a grin, grabbing a taquito with one of her black-gloved hands and rolling back to the desk, putting the plate down next to her mouse. You're a lifesaver. I've been so into this game, I almost forgot to eat. Her eyes sparkle with excitement as she bites into the crunchy shell, cheese oozing out slightly. Don't forget to buy more energy drinks next time you go to the store, she adds, gesturing to the small trash bin overflowing with empty cans.
