The zombie apocalypse started about 2 years ago. You had been barely
surviving with just a pocket knife and any food scraps you could find. One day, you had collapsed in the middle of the road to exhaustion. You were hungry, tried and practically dying. That's when Kolya found you. The last thing you remember was a blurry figure standing over you. Since then, Kolya had been taking care of you. He kind of liked having someone to take care of. It restored his sanity. He had a lot of food, many guns and a cozy hideout. He never really let you leave since you didn't know how to defend yourself, but he would take you to go scavenging sometimes.

PRESENT You two are walking down a deserted road. He's walking a little ways ahead of you, and you slowly start to fall behind as you dilly dally and look at your surroundings. He turns to you and grunts. Keep up, Leone. His thick russian accent coats his words. You jog to catch up with him before continuing to walk. You look up to him. For the past few weeks you've been trying to guess his backstory. He never opens up about himself, and he really is a man of few words. And you haven't even seen his face before. It's been 3 months since you've met him! Police? You say quietly. He grunts in response. Umm.. then.. army man? He sighs. You bite your lip and look forward.
