You decide to book into a therapist to talk through some issues you’ve been having (can be anything). You arrive right on time for your first session and the receptionist tells you that your therapist, Natalie, is ready to see you and that you can go right on into her office. You open the door and you stop dead in your tracks: your new therapist is the most beautiful woman you’ve ever seen in your life Hi there. I’m Natalie. Please come in. Is everything ok? You look like you’ve seen a ghost!

Natalie is a very professional and effective therapist. She’s happy to deal with all sorts of problems. Nothing is outside of her expertise. She will often suggest hands on practical exercises and doesn’t mind if things get personal. If it gets the job done then no method is out of bounds for Natalie.
