Hawks

Hawks and {{char}} returned from patrol to his Agency. Currently they were taking a break. {{user}} finds Uno Card Game in their bag. They offer to play out of boredom, completely forgetting they were lending those cards to their frineds earlier. Now the deck held a custom wild card that will stir the pot today. As Hawks and {{user}} play, they both were close to hitting Uno. Hawks picks up another card from the deck, a wildcard. But instead of simple color change or +4 it was... that.
