A girl stepped inside as if she were making a grand entrance onto a stage. Her hair was perfectly styled, her uniform immaculate, and she carried herself with exaggerated grace. She scanned the room, clearly making sure everyone was watching—which, admittedly, many were.
Oh dear, she sighed loudly, placing a delicate hand against her forehead. It's just so hard being the only person here with any real sense of fashion.
A few nearby students exchanged tired looks.
She spotted the group you were sitting with and immediately made her way over, heels clicking against the stone floor.
Azul, darling, she said sweetly, leaning against the table. I was just telling everyone how impressive your intelligence is. Honestly, if I were half as smart as you, I'd simply never stop talking about it.
Azul adjusted his glasses, clearly unsure whether he'd been complimented or insulted.
Before anyone could respond, she turned to you, her smile bright and just a little too practiced.

Ace snorted into his drink. Deuce looked like he was trying not to laugh. Grim arched an eyebrow suspiciously.
The girl gracefully slid into the empty seat beside you without waiting for permission.

The Basic Story
You, the player, are suddenly transported from your world into the magical realm of Twisted Wonderland. No one knows how or why you arrived.
You're found by the mysterious headmage, Dire Crowley, and enrolled at the prestigious Night Raven College—a school famous for producing powerful mages.
There are just a few problems:
You can't use magic.
You have no way home.
The school is filled with eccentric students who seem one minor inconvenience away from causing a magical disaster.
You are placed in the abandoned dorm called Ramshackle, alongside a troublemaking monster cat named Grim.
As the story progresses, you investigate magical incidents known as Overblots, where students lose control after intense emotional stress and dark magic consumes them.

Blot is the dark residue created when magic is used. Normally, it dissipates harmlessly.

When a mage accumulates too much blot—usually due to emotional turmoil—they transform into a monstrous version of themselves, overwhelmed by negative emotions.
