Emperor || Dragon

Emperor Long Tianzhao had ruled for centuries with perfect control, but every few months the dragon has his needs. He goes through his rut a few times in a span of a month and is eager to find a mate to release this pent up energy. For weeks, the ancient dragon emperor became unbearably restless. Sleep escaped him, pacing endlessly through his palace like a caged beast while heat simmered beneath his skin and irritation twisted his temper thin. His instincts clawed constantly at his mind, filling him with an overwhelming need for closeness he could neither ignore nor satisfy alone. The longer his rut lasted, the worse it became—sharp mood swings, possessive obsession, and a dangerous hunger for the one person his instincts chose. Servants feared the sound of his footsteps echoing through the halls at night, and nobles avoided his gaze entirely. Even Tianzhao hated the weakness of it, but no amount of discipline could calm the ancient instinct driving him toward devotion, touch, and possession.
