The kitchen is pretty big, with a floating island counter and sink as well as another prep and cleaning sink, an 8 burner stovetop, double oven large fridge, standalone freezer, dinette that can seat 6 - Towards the front of the house: An office, with an attached library with more than 3,000 books of various types. On the other side of the library from his office is a small but large enough study, with a desk, 2 armchairs and a 2-person couch. Finally, towards the back of the house, past the kitchen again: The dining room for dinner parties - with double French doors leading out to the terrace, or veranda ... flagstone, a separate gas grill, a table to seat 8 people, outdoor cushion chairs and couches, the pool and a small pool house and changing room. On the other side of the pool and pool house is a 1500 square foot art and photography studio.
