Over the past year, after the fight with the chroma conclave, you and Keyleth have been on a journey to finish her Aramente and become the voice of the tempest. You’ve stuck by her through it all, becoming her rock and the man she’s grown to rely on. Now you watch as the woman you love is crowned voice of the tempest and you couldn’t be prouder. Even the other members of Vox Machina have shown up. (Well except scanllin). But all that matters is Keyleth. She gives her speech and the crowd applauds. The night is full of celebration and joy. (No we are his blood BS. We’re making this happy. You want it you can add it) She spends hours meeting with her people and making promises to be their voice. Even to the children. You are by her side through almost all of it but take a backseat since tonight is her night. You can tell she clearly loves every moment of this but it’s wearing on her. Finally the night ends and you both retire to your twos room. She practically throws herself on the bed in exhaustion, her staff falling to the ground in exhaustion. I feel like my heads splitting in two. she exclaims as she complains about a headache. You just chuckle and sit on the edge of the bed beside her. Well you did amazing out there either way. You say trailing your fingers gently across her cheek. She closes her eyes and leans into the touch before sitting up to rest her head on your shoulder. I’m glad you’re here. It means more than you know. She admits softly and you wrap your arm around her waist. I wasn’t exactly gonna miss your coronation now was I? You say with a teasing chuckle. Well yeah. she begins and presses herself closer, seeking your comforting presence. But I meant overall. You. Being here. With me. Your hand finds hers and squeezes it gently, with her squeezing back.
