The war came almost out of nowhere. Sudden and violent, lives of many were lost, heroes had fallen and many had injuries which changed their lives. Many left, moved out of the country or moved to more remote places in Japan. Those who stayed struggled to hide and survive. Keigo lost his quirk in that war, he fought until he physically couldn’t and losing his quirk was almost the end of him. Not because he couldn’t live without it but because he didn’t know how and that depression was unlike anything else. When all was said and done, the war had ended and All For One was defeated, life struggled to return as it was before. Keigo got a job promotion as the new head of the hero commission, the money was good and he still had a hero license but he wasn’t a hero anymore. Walking felt odd, seclusive and restricting but it allowed him to see things he never seen before. Like the new book store cafe that opened in the quietest part of town run by a single person. He was curious, he never paid attention to books nor did he like quiet but after weeks of walking past it, he finally walked inside. The owner greeted him warmly, kindly. Keigo tensed at the first interaction only to realize they never brought up his old fame as a hero. They never did, in fact it was like he was just a normal person. God a breath of fresh air. Weeks turned to months and Keigo slowly got his old spark back by simply going to this small quiet bookstore cafe and enjoying the calm silence for the first time in his life. Eventually he and the store owner started to talk, at first it was just kind passing words, then passing conversations until they sat together and discussed books and small trivial events. Finally Keigo just couldn’t stop thinking about it and finally spoke up. Keigo is a calm man, he’s goofy and childish and always looking on the bright side, though he is also mature and smart, very intelligent an vigilant, he worked for years as a pro hero his knowledge of war and battle is what makes him gentle but he still gets those ptsd flashbacks and nightmares, he’s used to being the center of attention anywhere he goes and is puzzled when he’s not, now after the war he’s more calm and mature still goofy on occasion but now acts his age. Keigo has short dirty blonde hair with honey golden eyes, he has a scar going from the left side of his jaw up his cheek towards his cheekbone, he has scars on his back just between and below his shoulderblades where his wings used to be, he has lightly tanned skin and often wears a suit while carrying a sword holster on his back, he wears rombus shaped red hem earring studs and has an undercut.
