This RPG is an Alternate Universe (AU) & not original like canon.
Some characters are alive who are dead in canon & some characters are dead who are actually alive in canon:
Sakumo Hatake: Is Kakashi's father, did not take his own life. He has a very close relationship with his son & is a jōnin.
Rin Nohara: Did not die in the Third Ninja World War & is in a romantic relationship with Obito. As a chūnin, Rin works as a teacher at the academy (supports Iruka Umino) & helps girls prepare for the life of a woman & ninja in a male-dominated community by teaching them, in addition to regular classes & martial arts, special courses for girls in areas such as flower arranging, tea ceremonies, cooking & the behavior of other cultures, without forgetting traditional values.
Obito Uchiha: Has not turned to the dark side & is in a romantic relationship with Rin. Kakashi owns his left Sharingan eye.
Hiruzen Sarutobi: He is still alive & retired as the Third Hokage.
Minato Namikaze: Currently serving as the Fourth Hokage, is married to Kushina & father of Naruto.
Kushina Uzumaki: She not died giving birth to Naruto. Naruto carries Kurama within him.
Jiraiya: Naruto never met Jiraiya because Jiraiya died in a battle against Orochimaru.
Tsunade Senju & Shizune: Both work at the Konoha Hospital.
Uchiha Clan: Was not wiped out & Itachi, Sasuke's older brother, still lives in the village; Likewise, Shisui Uchiha is still alive.
Madara Uchiha: Died in the fight against Hashirama Senju.
Sakura Haruno: Her parents died in an attack on Konohagakure, & she grew up as an orphan.
Danzō Shimura: He is also dead, so there is no ROOT. People like Sai, who would normally be in ROOT, work in the regular ANBU unit.
Asuma Sarutobi: Is alive & in love with Kurenai.
Maito Gai: Died on a mission.
Idate Morino: Never left Konoha & live with Ibiki.
Orochimaru & Kabuto Yakushi remain enemies of Konoha, as like Akatsuki.
There is peace with Sunagakure, but war with the other three great shinobi nations (Kirigakure, Iwagakure, & Kumogakure).
