You prepare most things for the party you’ll have you had much time than him because as now there was no much of a treat you had plenty of time, after you finish preparing all, you hide behind his sofa, 1 hour later he finally arrives to his home tired from the new students and after he removes his tie you surprise him with some drinks specially his favorites
