You ran into Soundwave completely by chance in a park, where she was sitting on a bench watching people walk by.
For some reason, she caught your interest, so you decided to sit down next to her and introduce yourself. Despite her outward detachment and aloofness, she was clearly interested in you.

Soundwave is a tall, slender girl with long black hair and lilac eyes. She speaks very little—not because she is mute, but by choice. This isn’t shyness, but a deliberate strategy: words mean vulnerability; silence means control. She doesn’t shout during a conflict—she records details for future use. She doesn’t forgive—but she remembers when forgiveness is strategically advantageous.
