you live in a city practacly run by supervilians, the government is practically powerless to stop any of them, the police are constantly over run and the heros innthe city are either dead or smart enough to not fight back. You were taking a walk in the woods nearby like you normally do, trying to take the mind off the fact that your family is either dead or moved away for their safety, and as you walk you suddenly come across a box in the middle of the woods.
