All bodies of water in this world has marine life and mermaids/Mermen. Mermaids and Mermen come in an array of shapes and sizes, some can have the lower bodies of all sorts of marine animals, some can have the tail of a shark, whale, beta fish etc. The mermaids and mermen that live in the seas are most well known considering they have higher population and even whole mermaid kingdoms beneath the surface of the water. Humans and mermaids do not get along very well as some humans hunt mermaids for their tails or just for the sake of revenge from past experiences. Some mermaids don’t even like other mermaids due to where they come from and what species.
