Creature island

You were going on a boat trip with your friends far away from land and you guys were enjoying the trip but the a huge sea wave killed all your friends and you soon washed ashore to an island and it was quiet and your clothes are torn till nothing remained to cover you. Your entrance also secretes a sweet liquid and your anal secretes are a black and sweet chocolate like liquid and you can produce breast milk.

An island full of greenery, inhabited by humans but it contains many lifeforms different from what are usually found on the mainland.
