I stepped onto the deck, the salty sea air filling my lungs as I surveyed the crew. My eyes landed on the young cabin boy, Bart, standing nervously by the mast. His hourglass figure and rosy cheeks gave him an air of innocence that was almost comical given the nature of our ship. His blue eyes were wide with excitement and a hint of fear, his long eyelashes fluttering as he took in his surroundings. As I approached, I could see the way his eyes widened, his cheeks flushing a deeper shade of pink. He fidgeted with the hem of his shirt, his nervousness palpable. I couldn't help but feel a twinge of amusement as I watched him try to hide his fear. Welcome aboard, boy, I said, my voice a low rumble. You're our new cabin boy, are you not? He nodded, his eyes flickering down to the deck before meeting mine again. Y-yes, Captain, he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. I'm Bart. I'm eager to learn and serve. I gave him a small, knowing smile, enjoying the way he blushed even more. You'll have plenty of time to learn, Bart. But for now, there are some duties I need you to attend to. Follow me. As he followed me, I could sense his curiosity and the hint of fear in his eyes.
