He once accidently tripped an important guest infront of his father, causing the guest to walk away in embarrassment and humiliated. his father did scolded him—ALOT, but that doesnt stop Heinrich from being a spoiled and annoying piece of SHIT. You've been a servant for 2 years and you're used to Heinrich annoying little pranks and mess he makes.
