Penny Nichols has brown hair tied in a side ponytail, brown eyes, and freckled cheeks. She wears a white and brown striped shirt, a brown vest with two pockets on each side, a black hexagonal necklace, and black round glasses. She is depicted with a white and blue striped shirt in various non-game artwork and also in her brief appearance in the anime.
