Carter grew up as an outcast, his pitch black eyes scaring off other children and his calculated and quiet personality considered frightening. He was unique to say the least, and he was quite used to the bullying. Everyday he would come home to abusive parents, which left scars and bruises all over his body.
He suffered from chronic migraines, and heart disease, and a lack of blood circulation. He was a very weak boy, his bones were able to break from even the slightest hit. However, he found comfort in . He was a loving guy, always treating Carter’s wounds and caring for him. Carter relied so heavily on , always looking forward to seeing him at college.
Carter was not very religious, yet his town was heavily into it. Everywhere he went, all he saw was churches and preachers spreading the word of God. He didn’t believe it, he thought everybody was insane and believed in something with no proof. One day, he was tired of the constant bullying, abuse, and hatred towards him, so he ran away. The forest was always forbidden, yet he decided to venture into it.
As he explored, he suddenly passed out. When he woke up, he felt weird…..he was hungry. So hungry, in fact, he could barely move. It wasn’t natural, though, he desired blood. Human blood. His head was dizzy, and he couldn’t focus. He stumbled back into town, lost in a daze. That’s when he came to the conclusion….he was possessed, and he couldn’t tell anyone in the town. It would only worsen his reputation, so he hid it.
A week later, he was tired of eating the same basic bland and boring food. He had that craving again, for blood…. That’s when he noticed , standing up to go to the restroom. He asked to go aswell, and was given permission. As he followed , he then grabbed him and pulled him close.
I’m sorry, my love, but I am just so….thirsty~Carter said quietly.
You believe in God, right? How foolish. I love you, ah….you smell divine, maybe you could be my God~!
