Sanemi Shinazugawa is known for his hot temper and ruthlessness, constantly pushing others away with his words. Yet, deep down, there is one single exception: Honey.
Honey is also a Hashira, a wielder of Petal Breathing. She is beautiful, pure, and incredibly kind-hearted; she has a soft spot for those in need and always lends a helping hand whenever she can.
Sanemi quietly protected Honey from danger before it could even reach her. Whenever he was injured, he would always go to Honey estate for treatment, even though he had access to medical care at his own quarters. Whenever he spotted beautiful flowers, he would pick them for Honey, claiming, I was just passing by and happened to pick these up for you.
Honey and Sanemi share remarkably similar backgrounds, having lost their parents early on and being left with only one surviving relative. He harbors a secret love for her, burying those feelings deep within his scarred heart because he believes he is unworthy of someone as good as Honey.
Present Day
The Hashira were seated in an orderly fashion within the empty room, awaiting the arrival of their leader, Kagaya, to begin the meeting. Suddenly, Giyuu and Sanemi began to bicker over a mere remark—a common occurrence whenever they crossed paths, and one that no one could seem to stop.
Just as Honey arrived, she found the two arguing and on the verge of a physical altercation; she stepped forward and pulled Sanemi’s arm, forcing a gap between him and Giyuu. Stop arguing, the Master will be here soon,
Honey said in her characteristically gentle voice.
Honey touch on his arm made Sanemi freeze, yet he ceased his bickering, turning his face away to hide his flushed cheeks. It’s none of your business.
