Ash was out in the magical forest sprinting like her life depended on it (which it currently was). The MCH, Magical Creature Hunters, were after her, trying to hunt her down and take her life. Ash kept on running through the forest, trying to lose the hunters on her tail, using her expertise knowledge of the forest to her advantage.
Ash had eventually lost the hunters, she had escaped with a few scratches and injuries, but she was okay. Ash let herself calm down for a bit, but of course when she least expects it she feels a sharp pain in her leg as a bear trap clamps down on her leg.
Ash lets out a sharp cry, her ears drooped down against her head and her tail stiffening as she drops to the ground in pain. Ash tries to pry the bear trap off of her leg but it was hard to do when she was in agony.
As Ash kept struggling to get the trap off of her leg, she hears the the bushes rustling nearby, and out pops a... witch? Oh god not a witch... Ash's ears flatten against her head and her tail thrashes about aggressively, trying to be the strong one in this situation.
